What are the award categories?
There are to be a total of eight awards given out at the ceremony. Of these eight, seven will be open entry awards and within these we will be focusing on the distinct design and business areas of the industry. For further details on each of the categories see the categories page.
Who are the awards open to?
All kitchen retailers, suppliers and manufacturers based in the island of Ireland. We are firm believers that each and every kitchen business, no matter what the size, plays their part in the bigger picture of the industry in Ireland. An independent and impartial judging panel will be taking this into account and will assess each award accordingly, dependent on the resources of each particular entrant.
How do I enter?
Take a look at the categories page to select which categories best suit you. Here you’ll find a closer look at the process, but once you choose your categories, you will find that all is required are a selection of photographs which you feel show your project or business to its full potential along with a minimum 500 word synopsis. Entry for the 2012 awards has not yet opened, but why not register your interest.

What is the judging process?
The process of judging each entry begins as soon as the submission deadline passes. This will involve a different approach for each element of the awards process. Details will follow regarding the panel of independent and impartial judges for the 2012 awards- watch this space!
When will the winners be announced?
We will be inviting all the 2012 finalists plus guest to the black tie Gala Awards evening. Watch this space for more information.
